• I-83 raised over US 30 / Arsenal Road and PA 181 / N.George Street to meet underclearance requirements​

• Access at Exit 21 from I-83 to US 30 is improved ​​by providing entrance lanes with no need to yield so traffic keeps moving

• Access at Exit 22 uses roundabouts to improve intersection safety, reduce congestion, and simplify intersections

• N.George Street widened to two lanes north and two lanes south with a concrete mountable median​ to separate traffic

• I-83 proposed 6-lane roadway
